Purchase and Contract: To make a purchase on Belce Design, simply complete and submit the online order form. Once received and confirmed, the contract is officially concluded. Belce Design reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders or in case of payment issues.
Prices and Products: Product prices exclude VAT and shipping fees. Product images may not perfectly match the actual product due to factors like browser or monitor settings. Prices may change, so always check the final price before confirming the order.
Payment: You can pay by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, etc.), bank transfer, or cash on delivery. If you choose credit card payment, your data is protected via a secure system.
Shipping and Delivery: Delivery is done through couriers like Bartolini or Fercam. Shipping costs depend on weight and destination, with delivery usually taking 5-7 working days. Goods are delivered to ground level, but assembly is not provided.
Customer Support: For any inquiries, contact Belce Design via email or phone during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM-12:00 PM and 2:30 PM-6:00 PM).
Right of Withdrawal: You have 14 working days to change your mind and return products, provided they are in their original condition. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Once the items are returned, Belce Design will refund you, excluding shipping fees.
Returns and Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can request a replacement or a refund. Report the damage promptly by providing photos of the damaged product and the courier’s receipt with “accept with reservation” written if the product was damaged during delivery.
Refunds: After verifying the return, Belce Design will refund the paid amount within 30 days, provided the returned product complies with return policies.
Applicable Law: The General Sales Conditions are governed by Italian law. In case of disputes, you can use the RisolviOnline conciliation service to resolve issues amicably.
Changes to Conditions: Belce Design may modify these conditions. Any updates will be published on the website and become effective from that date.
